SEDONA POA

The Sedona Property Owners Association is the organization that administers the affairs of the subdivision. There are up to 12 board members who serve voluntarily. The board currently has openings and would welcome participation from anyone who is interested in helping out.

BYLAWS

The board is governed by the association bylaws which can be found below. The Sedona Property Owners Association is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to maintain and improve the neighborhood and host community activities. They also are responsible for the upkeep of common areas.
